SMS Policy

This SMS Policy (“SMS Policy”) governs the manner in which The Whym Group, Inc. (“Whym,” “we,” “our,” “us” and similar terms) collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (a “user,” as well as “you,” “your” and similar terms) of our phone numbers (“Our Numbers”), our websites: www.whymwallet.com, (the “Sites”), and our online store (the “Website”). We refer to all of the services and functionalities that we provide—including through our Website and Our Numbers—as our “Services.”  

By entering your phone number as part of the Services or texting us at Our Numbers from your number, you are signing-up for The Whym Group, Inc. (Whym) text messaging service, consent and agree to receive text messages from us and agree to our Terms of Service .  You also acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions in this SMS Policy and expressly agree and consent to Whym and its business partners sending text messages to the number you enter or provide, even if (i) that number is listed on any federal, state or corporate do-not-call list, or (ii) we use autodialer or non-autodialer technology to send the messages.  

Messages from Whym will be used for, among other things, account and order placement, account and order management, customer service and other important announcements, notifications and promotions.  

We will not charge you when you send a text message to Our Numbers or when we send a response from Our Numbers.  However, message and data rates may apply depending on the plan that you have with your carrier. U.S. carriers will send from Our Numbers.  

You may opt-out of text messages from any of Our Numbers at any time by texting ‘STOP’ to that Number or replying ‘STOP” to any of our messages from that Number.  If you do so, you will receive a confirmation message from the Number and no further text messages will be sent to you from that Number unless you re-subscribe to our text messaging services associated with that Number.  To resume messages from any of Our Numbers, text ‘START’ to that Number.  For help, text ‘HELP’ to any of Our Numbers.

Message frequency varies.

Messages are supported on all major carriers including but not limited to AT&T, Boost Mobile, T-Mobile, Metro PCS, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Cricket, and Virgin Mobile.
